Use the below directions & ingredients to assist you in preparing and understanding Skinny Tea Detox. Tips have also been provided to make the most of your detox journey.


Directions

All Skinny Tea Detox packs are a combination of both a morning consumed 'Skinny Tea Loose Leaf' and nightly consumed 'Detox Tea Loose Leaf'.


Skinny Tea Loose Leaf

When to drink: Every morning.

How to prepare: Place 1 teaspoon (2 grams) in a strainer/infuser to a cup of near boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy.

Taste Tips: It's yummy! However adding honey or lemon as a tasty natural additive is suggested.

Ingredients: Ashwaganda Root, Celery Leaf, Goji Berries, Jasmine Tea, Lemon Grass, Nettle Leaf, Sencha Green Tea & Yerba Mate.

Warnings: Contains caffeine.

Other: All ingredients sourced from Australian certified organic suppliers.

Detox Tea Loose Leaf

When to drink: Every second night, starting day 2.

How to prepare: Place 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) in a strainer/infuser to a cup of near boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy.

Taste tips: This one is not so yummy. Adding honey or lemon as a tasty natural additive is recommended.

Ingredients: Senna Leaf.

Warnings: Will induce a laxative effect within 10-12 hours. Please do not use the Loose Leaf Detox Tea if you are any of the following 1) Under 12 years old 2)Pregnant or breastfeeding 3)Experiencing severe abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting after drinking.

Other: You may need to infuse the Loose Leaf Detox Tea for an extended period if no laxative effect is experienced.

Yerba Mate

Drink Water

Stay hydrated with plenty of water. This is very important. Cleanses your body & helps with detoxifying. Drink 2-3 litres per day.

Around 3-4 times per week makes a BIG difference. Just a 30 minute walk is great.
